in an orderly way. According to Institute of Customer Service there has been an eight-fold
increase in complaints made on social media since January 2014. Social media sites provide a
public platform and the sort of easy access to organizations that modern consumers crave. So,
with just one tap of your phone DHI directs your customer complaints to you.
After scanning the tag outside their house with NFC on their phone, citizens only need to enter the complaint details. All other data about their property gets pre-populated.
Detailed reports regarding complain resolution is sent to the concerned department heads, so they have an overall performance view.
Report analytics can lead to many unforeseen solutions. Eg. Data about complaint frequency can help solve the root causes.
